Build it the way you like it...

The Cousin Mario's Calzone is a treat everyone loves!

First we take our homemade dough and stretch it, fill it with you favorite toppings, add Riccota and Mozzarella. Next we fold the dough over and seal in the flavors as they are baked in our brick oven to a beautiful golden brown.  Add a serving of homemade tomato sauce on the side and you soon find out why this is a fovorite in Mays Landing.
